Your information is used to facilitate the core functions of the marketplace:

• To connect instructors with training opportunities.
• To verify professional credentials through our administrative review process.
• To facilitate secure messaging between verified parties.
• To send critical system notifications, such as application approvals or message alerts.

3. Data Security & Storage

We utilize Google Firebase, a secure cloud infrastructure, to store and protect your data. All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted using Industry-standard SSL/TLS technology. While we take significant precautions, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following contexts:

• Marketplace Visibility: Instructors' names and certifications are visible to Training Companies to facilitate hiring.
• Service Providers: We share data with Stripe (payments) and Google (hosting) to operate the platform.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

5. Your Rights & Choices
