Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 5/5/2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CPR Nexus (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform is owned and operated by Hale CPR LLC. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Payments, Sales, and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Marketplace access requires a paid subscription or one-time fee. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: account suspension, lack of job opportunities in your area, or accidental purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellation

For recurring yearly subscriptions, users may cancel their membership through the billing portal. You must reach out to support or cancel via the billing portal at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your renewal date to ensure your subscription is not renewed for the following period. If cancellation occurs less than 3 days before renewal, the subscription may be processed, and no refunds will be provided.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

By using this platform, you hereby EXPRESSLY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS CPR Nexus, Hale CPR LLC, and Dannielle Hale (collectively, "The Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Any interactions, contracts, or teaching engagements between Training Companies and Instructors.
  • The verification status of any instructor credentials (while we review documents, accuracy is the responsibility of the instructor).
  • Any injury, death, or medical malpractice occurring during training sessions coordinated via the Platform.
  • Financial losses related to cancelled training sessions or unpaid instructor rates.

The Released Parties are purely providing a matching service and do not employ the instructors nor manage the training companies.

5. Role of the Platform

CPR Nexus is a marketplace. We do not provide medical training directly. Training Companies are solely responsible for verifying the insurance coverage and physical ability of any instructor they hire through the Platform. Instructors are independent contractors and are responsible for maintaining their own equipment and valid certifications.

6. Verification Standards

While we perform a baseline review of instructor certifications (AHA, Red Cross, HSI, etc.), this does not constitute a guarantee of the instructor's skill, history, or character. It is the hiring company's responsibility to conduct final due diligence.
